Using our intuition :Intuitive mind is a gift

It comes from experience. When you meet someone new,try to be observant about their gestures, their attitude, their get up,behaviour, qualities & also try to collect few basic data about him/her.
Then the next step is, adding up all facts - you form a blurred personality of that person in your mind & then compare, add few common traits from people(i.e who you think are quite similar to the newbie),whom you've met earlier in your life.

Then, gathering almost all the facts..it's time to connect the dots & reconstruct the newbie's reality. And trust me,once you construct his/her reality, you can quickly deduce facts about their life, which they never told you. And you can do it as, you're in their reality- only thing you've to do is to think like them. Once you're done concluding, reveal your deduced facts to them, it'll totally shock them. The above process only takes only few minutes.
I call this peculiar mind analysis technique as 'Intuition'. Peculiar as all have it but only few use it.

Intuition is necessary to make quick decisions. The society is full of two faced people & you've to know them within a short duration. If you're late, they will take advantage of your ignorant or innocent nature.
But,it's not always true. There are few ppl who keep their real identity secret, they maintain a dual nature..in that case it may take you few days to know them. Perhaps it may also involve a little investigation.

CAUTION :- Don't try this skill on someone highly intuitive. Because that person is well aware how this work

Describe this region and the factors it makes. In what way could we say that it resembles Spemann's organizer? what phenotype results when at least 1 of these factors is eliminated by generating homozygous kockout mice?

The sequence of events ---- Early developmental sequence: Epiblast - Ectoderm - Neural Plate - Neural groove and Neural Crest - Neural Tube and Neural Crest

A region of the brain can give rise to an entire cerebellum when transplanted from the midbrain/hindbrain region to the anterior forebrain.

Neural development is one of the earliest systems to begin and the last to be completed after birth.
Neurulation begins at the trilaminar embryo with formation of the notochord and somites, both of which underly the ectoderm and do not contribute to the nervous system, but are involved with patterning its initial formation. The central portion of the ectoderm then forms the neural plate that folds to form the neural tube, that will eventually form the entire central nervous system

The phenotype which might arise

The early central nervous system begins as a simple neural plate that folds to form a groove then tube, open initially at each end. Failure of these opening to close contributes a major class of neural abnormalities neural tube defects.Such as spina bifida
